Ben specialises in children cases and undertakes complex public and private cases. These frequently include lengthy fact finding hearings involving serious allegations of abuse such as; FI/PP, sexual abuse, poisoning, serious and critical injuries, contested medical evidence, international relocation and placement, Hague and Non-Hague international cases. Ben instills confidence in his clients with his calm and focused approach.

Chair of the Leicester and Leicestershire Family Law Training Association responsible for CPD training events including annual conference with 150 attendees and high-profile speakers.
