Isabella Thomas-Kelly is a family law practitioner specialising in both children and financial matters. Isabella accepts instructions across all areas of family law, including matrimonial finance, TOLATA, private children law, public children law and Family Law Act applications.

She successfully completed her pupillage at a leading family set in October 2024. During her pupillage, she was instructed on both finance and children matters, as well as TOLATA applications. Throughout pupillage she completed pro bono work for Advocate and wrote case summaries for the Financial Remedies Journal.

Prior to pupillage, Isabella paralegalled for two years at a family firm specialising in high-value matrimonial finance and private children matters. These included cases in the High Court covering complex business assets and cases including cross-allegations of domestic abuse and alienation.
