Current / recent cases include the Standard Chartered and Entain s.90 / s.90A cases; Eurochem v SocGen (sanctions); Evergrande v PwC International (professional negligence – Hong Kong); M1 Limited v Credit Suisse (dispute over sale of collateral following margin default); RTI v OWH (sanctions; arbitration and challenge to award); JP Morgan International v Werealize.com (call options in shareholders’ agreement); Federal Deposit Insurance Corp v Barclays Bank plc & Ors (alleged collusion between banks to manipulate LIBOR); R v FSCS (on the app. of Manchikalapati)  (judicial review; construction of Policyholder Protection Rules); Watchstone Group v PwC (M&A; alleged misuse of confidential information); Moon v Link Fund Solutions (GLO application arising out of the collapse of the Woodford Fund).
