Recent cases include: Chipp-Marshall v Coombes (2024) HHJ Walsh; Maitland Court v Gulshan (2024) HHJ Evans-Gordon; Griffith v Roberts (2022); Liddiment v Hull [2021] EWHC 3418; Alexander Devine Children’s Cancer Trust v. Millgate Developments Ltd [2019].
