Recent cases include British Gas Trading Ltd v (1) Shell UK Ltd (2) Esso Exploration & Production UK Ltd [2020] EWCA Civ 2349 and [2018] EWHC 3943 (Comm) (alleged breaches of a long-term gas sales agreement), PIFSS v Al Rajaan (alleged fraud involving the Kuwait pension fund), and a high-value arbitration concerning an infrastructure project in CIS.
