Position

Sam specialises in commercial, competition and intellectual property litigation, with a particular interest in media, entertainment and music industry disputes. He has acted in matters before the High Court, the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, the UKIPO and in arbitration. Before coming to the Bar, he worked in the music industry as a session musician, songwriter and record producer, performing with artists including Sir Tom Jones, Ed Sheeran and Jessie J.
