Position
Ben specialises in media and information law (including defamation, misuse of private information, breach of confidence, data protection, harassment, reporting restrictions, production orders and contempt of court), public law and international human rights law. In 2025 he was shortlisted as Technology, Data and Crypto Junior of the Year (in the Legal 500 Bar Awards) and as Media, Privacy and Information Law Junior of the Year (in the Chambers & Partners UK Bar Awards).
