I am a European Patent Attorney and Chartered Patent Attorney, and head of the chemical and materials group.

I specialise in Oppositions and Appeals before the European Patent Office. I also have experience providing opinions on the validity and infringement of patents for a huge range of clients, as well as advice for an Initial Public Offering. I thoroughly enjoy advocacy and attend over 20 Opposition or Appeal oral proceedings in front of the European Patent Office every year.

My experience covers an extensive range of chemical fields including: general organic chemistry, polymers, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, household products, photography, cosmetics, wood products, water treatment, inorganic chemicals, chemical engineering processes and nutritional compositions.
