Adam specialises in real estate finance, funding, investment and development as well as matters relating to renewable energy, onshore and offshore wind, biomass, CHP, solar developments and ports.

Adam is the client partner for a number of the North East's largest property and/or estate companies including Port of Tyne, The Northumberland Estates and Hanro Limited.

Adam has a great deal of experience in public and private sector development and regeneration projects across all sectors. He has also acted on renewable energy schemes, including onshore and offshore wind, biomass, CHP and solar developments including acquisition, disposal and financing of the assets.

Adam has also worked for and opposite all of the main clearing banks in real estate finance transactions, including residential, development and investment deals all around England and particularly in London.
