Associate

Emilio is part of the Mexico City office. His practices focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and real estate.

Emilio acts as legal counsel to corporations (public and private) and private equity funds regarding mergers and acquisitions, including those involving regulated industries, as well as joint ventures, both on the sell side and on the buy side.

Emilio is involved in reviewing, analyzing, organizing, and drafting documents in all stages of transactions, from inception and negotiation to closing and successful implementation.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Emilio worked as an associate in another prestigious firm in Mexico City, where he worked in the M&A, Real Estate, and Finance transactional areas, respectively. There, he was part of the team that carried out complex projects and transactions for various clients.
