Katie Grasso is an experienced trial attorney whose work covers a broad spectrum of patent litigation matters pending throughout the United States, including cases in California, Delaware, Maine, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin and the ITC. Katie has tried patent cases involving a variety of technologies, including medical devices, e-commerce, network security and anti-virus software, pharmaceuticals and wireless communication devices.

Katie also has significant experience counselling clients and trying cases related to various employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, and trade secret disputes.
