Camille Abousleiman

Mr. Abousleiman has a 30-year track record of advising on some of the most innovative and complex emerging market transactions. He advises sovereign, quasi-sovereign, corporate and bank issuers, underwriters and other transaction participants on a wide variety of debt and equity offerings, including medium-term note programmes, Eurobonds, Islamic financing, private placements, block trades and initial public offerings. In addition, Mr. Abousleiman advises corporate, banking and hedge fund clients on a range of M&A transactions, including divestitures, auctions, tender offers, defensive strategies, going-private transactions and leveraged buy-outs. Mr. Abousleiman’s experience also includes advising clients on complex sovereign and corporate international debt restructurings, consent solicitations and exchange offers across the emerging markets.

Karen Anderberg

Abigail Bell advises on the structuring, establishment and listing of private funds including hedge, hybrid and private equity products, both regulated and unregulated, across a broad range of asset classes and domiciled in a range of onshore and offshore jurisdictions. Ms Bell has also acted on the establishment of a number of asset management businesses and has assisted on the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of corporate documentation, including shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements, limited liability partnership deeds and fund management and advisory agreements.

Laura Brank is a corporate and finance lawyer focused on emerging markets transactions. Over the past 30 years, Ms. Brank has advised multinational corporations, investment funds, banks and multilateral institutions, as well as high net worth individuals, on complex cross-border corporate and finance transactions, as well as on corporate governance and compliance matters across the emerging markets, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She has extensive experience in the mining and energy, TMT, life science and manufacturing sectors. Previously, Ms. Brank was the managing partner of Dechert’s Moscow office and remains head of its Russia Practice. Since February 2022, she has acted for dozens of companies exiting the Russian market through third party sales, management buyouts or liquidation of assets.
