Jeff is a partner whose practice focuses on preparing and negotiating documentation and advising Australian and offshore based clients, be they lenders or borrowers, in respect of secured and unsecured corporate, structured, property and project financing transactions.

Jeff has twice been seconded to the Australian office of an international bank, allowing him to develop valuable commercial insights into the parameters within which financial transactions must occur.
