Nick is a partner and head of Dentons’ Corporate group in Australia. Nick is experienced in mergers and acquisitions and has advised in both public and private contexts. Nick also has particular experience in insolvencies and business reconstructions across a broad range of sectors, including construction, financial institutions, mining and technology. Nick is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions and has advised in both public and private contexts.

Nick assisted the global banking syndicate following the collapse of Arthur Andersen. He also represented Singapore Airlines in the administration of Ansett airlines. Nick has advised large Australian banks in relation to many complex workouts.

Nick has been in legal practice for over 30 years but he regards his experience of working for a small merchant bank during the global financial crisis as being among the most valuable in his career.
