Banking and Finance

Mahnoor Latif is an associate in the Banking and Finance practice, based in Dentons’ Dubai office. She advises on cross-border transactions across the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with experience in corporate finance, project finance, Islamic finance, and general banking and finance matters.

Mahnoor advises clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions, including structuring and regulatory considerations, drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation, liaising with counterparties and local counsel, coordinating conditions precedent and post-completion requirements, and handling security registrations. Her work spans a broad range of international and regional matters.
