Eesha Karamchandani is a senior associate in the Real Estate practice of Dentons Middle East. She has more than 15 years' experience advising clients on real estate, corporate and commercial law matters. She provides strategic, practical and tailored legal advice to a diverse client base which includes developers, investors, lenders and multinational companies.

Eesha has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law with a particular focus on complex land subdivisions and developments (including industrial, mixed-use, farmland and strata title developments). Her expertise spans residential and commercial property acquisitions and disposals (including off the plan, leasehold titles and strata titles), commercial leasing, property financing and security structuring, public works acquisitions and property-related disputes.
