Gargi Bohra is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice in Dentons' Abu Dhabi office.

Her practice is focused on the buy-side and sell-side of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, and conducting acquirer and company-led due diligence investigations.

Gargi has represented investors, public-listed companies and financial advisors in corporate transactions and securities matters, and also issuers and other stakeholders in initial public offerings on stock exchanges.
