Lamia is a senior associate in Dentons' Dubai office. She is a member of the Corporate practice group.

Lamia has experience advising in relation to a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business and owner succession planning, joint ventures and group reorganizations.

She has worked on both domestic and cross-border transactions and regularly works with a range of clients, including multinational corporations and investors.
