Sinéad is a qualified Irish, UK and EU senior trade mark attorney based in Denton’s Irish office. She has over 11 years of experience dealing with all aspects of Irish, UK, EU and International trade marks and was listed as a “key lawyer” for her previous firm in The Legal 500 in 2022, where she operated their EU trade mark practice.

She advises on trade mark filing strategies, clearance searches, trade mark portfolio management and enforcing and defending clients rights in trade mark registry proceedings. She has expertise in managing large portfolios of trade marks and in handling complex trade mark oppositions, invalidity and revocation actions before the EUIPO and UKIPO. Her extensive experience has led her to advise a spectrum of clients in several industries including automotive, pharmaceutical, fashion, financial institutions, food and drink, travel, media and technology.
