Competition and Antitrust, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, EU Law and Policy

Tomáš Pavelka is a counsel in Dentons’ Prague and Bratislava offices. He specializes in competition and antitrust, regulatory, dispute resolution, and EU law. Tomáš is experienced in advising on all aspects of Czech, Slovak and EU competition and antitrust law, including in the areas of merger control, abuse of dominance, cartel procedures, unfair competition cases, as well as state aid matters. He has particular expertise in the digital tech, platforms and other telecommunications, construction, transportation and energy sectors. Tomáš also represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, especially in cases involving public law or regulatory elements.
