Position
Alexander Kovalev is a counsel in Dentons’ Moscow office. For 15 years he has advised major multinational and Russian companies on M&A transactions, venture capital transactions, setting up joint ventures, investment and restructuring in various sectors of the economy.
Alexander focuses on life sciences M&A. He also has experience supporting projects for localization of manufacturing of products and PPP projects, and advising on commercial aspects of pharmaceutical and other companies.
