Ekaterina’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital market transactions. She has extensive experience in antitrust, strategic foreign investments, currency control and other regulatory matters. Ekaterina also advised clients on bank lending, debt restructurings and bankruptcy-related matters. She combines a diverse transactional experience with a deep understanding of clients’ businesses across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, natural resources, consumer and retail, financial services, transportation and logistics.
