Senior Associate

Natalia focuses on labor law. Natalia has experience in due diligence of industrial enterprises, in particular, with respect to labor relations issues. She has worked on drafting documentation for formalizing and terminating employment relations (employment contracts, job descriptions, employment contract termination agreements, etc.), reviewing HR documentation for labor law compliance, conducting procedures of staff reduction, including mass lay-offs, assisting the clients in dismissal of top managers including CEOs, preparation of internal policies and aligning them with the client’s global policies, advising on various aspects of labor law, hiring foreign employees, consideration and resolution of labor disputes, including the representation of clients in the course of litigation.
