Konstantin is a banking and finance counsel based in Moscow. For more than a decade, he has advised banks, other financial institutions and corporates on different types of cross-border and domestic finance transactions.

His extensive experience includes advising clients across a wide range of financings, including bilateral and syndicated lending, secured lending, trade finance, project finance and financings involving ECAs.  Konstantin has also worked on a number of debt restructuring projects and venture capital financings.

Konstantin regularly advises financial institutions (credit and micro-finance organizations, leasing and insurance companies), payment system operators as well as payment aggregators on various Russian law regulatory issues relating to their day-to-day activities.  He is also one of the key members of Dentons' Moscow Banking and Finance group advising on local currency control regulations.
