Mark is a Counsel at Dentons Russian Corporate/M&A and Private Equity practices. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity as well as corporate disputes. Prior to Dentons, Mark worked in the corporate departments for two international law firms in London and Hong Kong where he specialised in cross-border transactions. Mark has also worked for a New York private equity firm where he was a member of the investment committee.
