Olga is an Associate in Dentons’ St. Petersburg office. She advises Russian and foreign companies, as well as private clients, on various matters of corporate and commercial law. Her experience includes projects relating to legal due diligence of companies and their assets, corporate and deal structuring (using foreign jurisdictions as well), mergers and acquisitions, establishment and liquidation of businesses.

She also specializes in employment and has extensive experience in tax planning and tax-risk management, and provides assistance in the optimization of business models from tax perspective.
