Anna is an Associate in Dentons’ St. Petersburg office. She has experience advising clients on a wide range of town planning, land and civil law matters, including working at a Russian law firm and at judicial bodies. She currently prepares due diligence reports, advises clients on various aspects of real estate and construction transactions, including the preparation, conclusion, execution and termination of sale, rental, construction and other contracts, and helps clients implement investment projects.
