St. Petersburg Real Estate and Construction practice

Maria is an Associate in Dentons’ St. Petersburg office. She has considerable experience advising clients on a wide range of town planning, land and civil law matters, including working at a Russian law firm and at a state agency.

Maria currently prepares due diligence reports, advises clients on various aspects of real estate and construction transactions, including the preparation, conclusion, execution and termination of sale, rental, construction and other contracts, and helps clients implement investment projects.
