Tatiana is a Senior Associate in Dentons’ Moscow office. She focuses on advising clients on real estate sale and purchase transactions in the Russian Federation, on issues of construction, land and urban planning relationships. Tatiana’s experience also includes advising clients on the operations of companies that are owners of real estate, in particular, drafting real estate lease agreements, real estate management agreements, easement agreements, etc.
