Zofia Szewczuk, associate in Dentons' Warsaw office, is a member of the Energy and Natural Resources practice team.

She specializes in advising on regulatory and transactional issues in the energy sector. Zofia supports clients in the preparation of legal opinions and due diligence studies for the energy sector, in particular RES. She has participated in the preparation and negotiation of PPAs on behalf of industrial clients.

Zofia has also experience in advising entities operating in environmentally demanding sectors, such as construction, waste management, food production and the pharmaceutical industry.
