Bartosz Juszczak, advocate, counsel in Dentons’ Warsaw office and member of M&A and Private Equity practice groups. He coordinates Dentons’ Venture Technology team.

Bartosz specializes in civil and commercial law, focusing especially on representing emerging growth technology companies and along with venture and private equity firms in venture capital investments.

Bartosz advised clients in several VC deals starting from early stage seed financing to investment exits. His experience includes projects in various market sectors, including e-commerce, software, gaming, big data, AI, digital health, and cloud services. He also has experience in significant M&A transactions advising both Polish and foreign investors.
