Employment and Labor

Tomasz Lasyk is a senior associate in the Employment and Labor team at Dentons in Poland. He focuses on individual and collective labor law and has many years of experience in employment litigation.

Tomasz advises on the planning and implementation of individual and collective redundancies, as well as voluntary termination programs. He supports clients in complex and high‑risk employment contract termination cases.

In cooperation with tax advisers, he designs and implements employment and remuneration structures for both employees and self‑employed collaborators (B2B arrangements), and advises on the planning and implementation of employee option and shareholding programs.

Tomasz also advises clients on local and cross‑border transactions involving transfers and sales of enterprises, represents clients in matters involving unequal treatment and sexual harassment, and provides employment‑related support on corporate documentation.
