Maciej Skoczynski is a partner in Dentons' Warsaw office and a member of the M&A and Private Equity practice groups.

He has extensive transactional experience, with a particular focus on the infrastructure sector, including roads, telecommunications, oil & gas and renewable energy. Maciej represents infrastructure and private equity funds and their portfolio companies on acquisitions and disposals of shares, mergers and joint ventures in Poland. He has advised clients on capital market transactions including IPOs and public M&A deals. His experience also encompasses projects in the IT, e-commerce and gaming sectors.
