Jan Vonk Noordegraaf is a counsel in Dentons’ Amsterdam office and a member of the Real Estate practice.

Jan focuses on real estate, in particular on real estate transactions, project development and construction matters. He advises and represents international and Dutch investors and project development companies.

His experience includes real estate transactions involving acquisitions (including turnkey) and disposals of both single assets and portfolios in the Netherlands. His practice also encompasses project development, leasing and asset management.
