Counsel

Tim is a counsel in the Corporate/M&A and Energy practice in Dentons’ Amsterdam office with over a decade of experience practicing in the Netherlands and the firm´s Houston office.

He specializes in acquisitions and disposals (both asset and corporate deals), joint ventures, restructurings, contracts and foreign investment regulations. Tim’s focus is on the energy value chain and he also has experience in mining, chemicals and climate tech.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Tim co-founded two start-ups and worked at a large Dutch bank. Due to his unique profile and his degree in financial economics, Tim is able to contribute strong financial knowledge, business sense and cultural awareness.
