Harti Dumatubun is a candidate civil-law notary and counsel in Dentons’ Real Estate group. A former assigned civil law notary, Harti assists clients with a wide range of real estate transactions, including transactional real estate involving transfers, acquisitions and the financing and refinancing of real estate (mortgage backed and otherwise). His capabilities also include project development (including divisions in apartment rights) and the real estate aspects of business/M&A transactions as well as the real estate aspects and challenges related to sustainable energy projects.

In addition to real estate–related matters, Harti also has experience with international transfers, acquisitions and (re)financing of ships, yachts and aircraft.

Harti enjoys leveraging his in-depth legal knowledge to offer a pragmatic and practical approach to clients’ matters and needs.
