Franck’s practice focuses on employment law, employee benefits and employment litigation. He advises and litigates for clients on a broad range of employment matters.

Franck specializes in complex litigation, restructurings, executive hiring and firing, employee competition, compliance and investigations, whistleblowing, works councils and disputes between professional services firms and their partners. He also has particular expertise in fundamental rights issues, such as discrimination, equal pay, privacy, collective bargaining, industrial action and freedom of speech and religion in the workplace.

Franck was "recommended for litigation and arbitration" and recognised for his "strong performance" in "high-profile litigation" by Legal 500 and Chambers Europe, describing him as "intelligent," "an excellent employment lawyer" and "an absolute talent."

Franck has authored a book on whistleblowing, contributes to the leading Dutch employment law handbook Sdu Commentaar Arbeidsrecht and regularly speaks and writes about various employment law topics.
