Jochem Calis is a trusted, versatile, internationally oriented, results-driven and pragmatic tax and people leader with a focus on (international) People Tax Services: wage tax, personal income tax, social security and immigration.

Next to global mobility and (inter-)national wage/employment tax (advisory and compliance)-related subjects, Jochem gained considerable experience in various other fields of taxation and gathered over 15 years+ experience in the Big 4 tax consultancy, Mid-Tier advisory and corporate environments in a wide range of industries (tech, automotive, consumer goods, nutrition, natural resources). Leveraging this experience, he assists clients with converting theory and compliance into pragmatic implementation and vice versa.

In addition to his fiscal law background Jochem holds a master’s degree in business administration—allowing him to work alongside his clients, more as a business partner who can see the bigger picture, with a natural interest in HR, new business, innovation and entrepreneurship–related topics.
