Counsel

Manon van Bijlevelt is a counsel in Dentons’ Tax practice group in the Amsterdam office.

She has a wide range of experience (thirteen+ years) in indirect taxation (including VAT, transfer taxes and customs matters) and focuses her practice on complex business transactions, supply chain optimization, private equity, fund structuring, mergers and acquisitions and real estate.

Prior to joining Dentons in 2024, she has worked for a Top Tier Dutch law firm and prior to that at the Big Four. She is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB) and regularly publishes on various aspects of indirect taxation including in the renowned tax magazine ‘Vakstudie Nieuws’ where she is a permanent author. Besides, Manon is a regular speaker at various tax related events and conferences.
