Senior Associate

Joep is a senior associate in Dentons' Corporate and M&A practice in Amsterdam.

He advises on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital investments, joint ventures and corporate real estate transactions. Joep regularly handles complex, cross-border transactions across diverse industries. In addition to transactional work, Joep advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance and corporate reorganizations.

His client base includes both domestic and international public and private companies, ranging from strategic buyers and sellers, private equity firms and leading service providers to industrial and financial organizations, as well as (early-stage) ventures. Joep’s industry experience spans leisure, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, energy, financial services and corporate real estate, allowing him to deliver commercially focused and sector-specific advice tailored to each client’s strategic goals.
