Partner

Casper is a partner in the Amsterdam office who leads the Dentons corporate/M&A practice in the Netherlands.

He focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments.

Casper works across a variety of industries but has a special affinity with technology and manufacturing. Casper has also developed a lot of experience in the real estate sector and advises some of the leading Dutch providers of warranty and indemnity insurance, e.g. AIG, Ambridge and Euclid in relation to W&I insurance policies and the related underwriting process.

Casper’s clients include public and private national and international companies, leading industrial, service and financial organizations, as well as private equity funds. Names include VKR (owner of amongst others Velux, the famous maker of roof windows); Equinor, a NYSE-listed international energy company; and Enviem, a leading Dutch family-owned oil and environmental solutions company.

Casper has been with the firm for more than 25 years.
