Ico’s practice is focused on cross-border M&A, joint ventures and private-equity transactions. He advises clients across a variety of sectors but has extensive experience in the TMT, infrastructure and leisure sectors. Ico has developed a diverse client base including advising corporates, financial institutions and private equity funds on both sell-side and buy-side processes as well as providing assistance in their strategic combinations.

Having previously worked for a magic circle firm in Amsterdam (for over a decade) and Jakarta (more than three years), Ico is particularly valued by clients for his extensive cross-border experience and hands-on approach on matters.
