Senior Associate

Shivaughn Tets is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice of Dentons' Netherlands office. She advises on (cross-border) structured finance and lending transactions with a focus on real estate finance.

Shivaughn is a member of Dentons’ Real Estate group and has broad experience in the Dutch real estate finance market where she acts for Dutch, German and English financial institutions, sponsors or borrowers and also assists both borrowers and lenders on development finance related topics.
