Alexander Odle co-heads the Intellectual Property, Data and Technology (IPD&T) team in Amsterdam.

His focus lies with Intellectual Property (IP), trade secrets, information technology, technology transfers, and advertising. He has over 30 year experience with IP litigation, lP transactions, including licensing, technology transfers and commercial contracting. He further has extensive experience with advertising clearing and -litigation. He handles complex and cross-border IP enforcement and commercial matters and has litigated cases before the Benelux Court of Justice and the Courts of the European Union.

He has lectured International Intellectual Property law at Leiden University and the Asser Institute in The Hague.
