Mehdi Megzari is a Partner at Dentons Sayarh & Menjra.

He focuses on mergers & acquisitions, capital market and competition law.

Mehdi is regularly involved in domestic and cross-border acquisitions (listed and non-listed), mergers and restructurings, international joint-ventures, and more generally in various operations relating to corporate, banking and securities law.

Mehdi has also developed specialized skills in the upstream oil & gas and mining activity in Morocco.
