Alessandro Turcato is a senior associate in the Investment Funds practice of Dentons’ Luxembourg office. He focuses on the set-up of investment fund structures, including the associated regulatory and corporate law components thereof.
Before joining Dentons, Alessandro worked in the Investment Management department of a leading independent law firm in Luxembourg.
Alessandro graduated in law from the Bocconi University in Milan (Italy). During his studies, he interned at the Milan office of a leading international law firm.
