Gani Ashimkhan is a partner and head of the M&A and Corporate practices at Dentons Kazakhstan.

As practice head, Gani leads the team on cross border M&A and regulatory approvals, joint ventures, general corporate transactions and corporate reorganizations.

Since joining Dentons Kazakhstan in 2011, Gani has been at the forefront of negotiating deals for clients across various industries, such as aviation, banking and finance, transportation services, real estate management, telecommunications, medical services, industrial production, subsoil use, real estate and construction as well as related areas. His clients include major players from private equity funds, banks and financial organizations, subsoil users, Astana International Financial Center participants as well as private clients.
