Alexandra acted on a number of law reform projects in CIS, Caucasus, Central and Eastern Asia on various topics of financial markets regulation (including on derivatives close-out netting, syndicated lending, securities settlement, bond markets, securitization, market abuse and other matters). Prior to joining Dentons, she worked with leading international and national law firms, financial institutions and international development bank.
