Corporate M&A

Ferdinando Bonofiglio is a senior counsel in our Milan office and a member of the global Corporate and M&A practice.

He mainly deals with mergers and acquisitions and provides general corporate advice on domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, private equity, commercial contracts and corporate governance. He has a consolidated expertise advising on cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional corporate reorganizations.

He is also experienced in civil and commercial matters, JV agreements, contract agreements, as well as services and distribution agreements.
