Marco Propato is an associate in Dentons’ Milan office and a member of the global Intellectual Property, Data and Technology practice.

Marco possesses solid experience in privacy, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, media, cybersecurity and intellectual property, advising on both contentious and non-contentious legal matters. He regularly advises Italian and international clients, including in multi-jurisdictional projects, on the implementation of emerging technologies, with a particular focus on data governance models and the deployment of AI systems. He has supported high-tech operations for companies in the tech, media, insurance, banking and financial sectors, contributing to the structuring of contractual frameworks and internal policies aimed at managing legal compliance and security incidents.
